The meeting will start promptly at 7:30 p.m. As usual Next Adventure will stay open for members from 7 p.m. until the start of the meeting. They offer a special discount for Stumptown Members attending the meeting during this time.

This month will be approving the new Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws for the club. As the board reviewed the existing Articles and Bylaws we found a couple of items that previously left the club open to several areas that could have been a huge liability to the club. As a result, after consultation with a lawyer we hired, we are changing the structure of the club in order to ensure a greater measure of checks and balances while maintaining the ability to move quickly to provide for our growing membership. Please take a moment to review the new Articles and Bylaws at the following web site. If you have any questions feel free to contact a board member directly prior to the meeting.

Only current paid 2009 members are allowed to vote at the meeting so pay online today at http://store.stumptowndg.com or come prepared to pay your annual dues. $10 goes to building more courses, running clinics and tournaments, providing support for work parties and other great events to promote disc golf in the Portland Metro area!
